Female or Male? (Grammostola rosea)
That G. rosea is less than a year old? I seriously doubt that with how slow-growing that species is. Also looks kind of male to me.
 
Whats the legspan? Its almost impossible to say, as growth rate can vary greatly depending on feeding and temperatures they are kept at. No matter the age you’ll probably have a long time with it since they are slow growers that live for a long time.
 
It is certainly much older than one year.

What we need to see is much too blurry to even guess. Look up spermatheca sexing so you can see what we need.
 
I'm not 100% because of the picture quality but I'd say female, too.

A one year old G. rosea is a speck with legs. This one is anywhere from 3 to 30 years old, 3 being the absolute minimum and rather unlikely at that.
 
That's a female IMO, and what's its legspan??? that will help alot on identifying age.
