Grammostola pulchripes
It's still small, but I'm going with male. You should be seeing obvious epiandrous fusillae at around the 3" mark for a male of this species.
 
Definitely male, first pair of book lungs are almost touching. Like @VanessaS said, when he gets a little bigger you'll see the fusillae develop.
