Augacephalus ezendami Sling Feeding (1")
@cold blood I fed both this sling and my Phormictopus sling today. Normally, it's no contest: the Phormictopus attacks first. However, today the ezendami won. (The Phormictopus seems to have forgotten about the food.)

commented on @cold blood 's other week, wish mine would hurry up from its dark brown tiny phase but refuses to molt, only eats every 3 times I try to feed, argh. but if yours is an 1" and looks like that then i'll be happy sooner than later... so how fast is this one growing?

When they start getting colors, like the one here, they become better eaters and growth rates actually pick up a bit. Juvies and adults are night and day different from slings with regards to feeding response.

omg a 4 month gap between molts last year?! oy! anyway, interesting they're slower to start life out, you'd think it's the other way around but ya know mother nature is a mystery!

@Ungoliant I tell you how bad they are. I got one from CB. I bugged him chronically that it wouldn't eat, or BARELY eat. Ultimately it died on me because it wouldn't eat. That's the last time I owned that species, prob never again, unless it's larger, well past its eating disorder disability.
