Wild Aphonopelma hentzi
We were working on our house and unearthed a wild T's den. It appeared female, but I can't say for sure. She was about 3 1/2 inches long maybe 4. We find anywhere from 4-5 of them a year. I let her go in the corner of our property that we have designated as "where the wild things are." Very Pretty!
Yup! Pretty much just an area that we don't use, so we also don't disturb it. As a result, we often get visitors from that wild realm. Scorpions and Tarantulas are just a few on the list.
