Aphid or Grasshopper? #2

Another pic of the mysterious insect I can't identify.
Ok, Auchenorhyncha was way too wide. Froghoppers (Cercopidae) belongs to Achenorhyncha too, but this animal is leafhopper (Cicadellidae), probably Hordnia atropunctata.

Get some Spinosad ASAP. leafhoppers often carry nasty pathogens that ruin flower development.

If you go to lowes or home depot you should be able to find captain jack's dead bug, a spinosad concentrate. mix it with water and spray it on. It's safe and harmless to humans. also, you can saturate the soil with it to kill pests lurking about in the soil.

@Ratmosphere small outdoor growing......I am a medical cannabis user and by law here in Canada I am only allowed to grow four plants. Any more than that will get me thrown in jail. I value my freedom very much so four plants it is! :)

@Smokehound714 I only see one of these a day. And it has only appeared in just the last week. Hopefully it is a lone renegade froghopper that doesn't invite it's friends or family to join it LOL.. ........Thanks for the advice.
