My mom's rescue cat. He used to be a half starved stray tom. Now he's neither stray nor tom anymore and definitely not half starved. Unfortunatly his expression reflects his disposition.
There's cats that are, just like Theraphosidae, bulky by nature and not by food. I have two twins, they eat like horses: one is slim, the other like this one
We had 3 male cats, all brown tabby cats around the same age. One long and lean around 15lbs. One bulkier looking to the point of looking over weight, also around 15lbs. And a runt of a male, weighing in at 7lbs! All had free access to food and water at all times. None were related, just different genes
