It is impossible to tell at this size. The Avic in that picture looks like about 10 known Avic localities, probably more. Also, even as adults, there are only a few Avics that one can ID from a single picture. A. minatrix and A. versicolor are two. Using pictures is not reliable at all, and just plain silly when they are aren't an adult.
