if the T is big enough the "flap" will just pop out on its own. No need to pop it with toothpick or anything because its easy to determine just by looking at it and if the T is quite small you might tear the exuvium thus making the sexing more difficult
@Robert123456 gently open the folds of the abdominal section of the exoskeleton a bit more. Use a "flash" when taking a picture or you can just hold a flashlight on the exuvium area and take a normal pic. This will help tremendously. The pic is a bit dark to tell. I see what appears to be a flap. If you can get us a better pic we would be able to get you a definite 100% answer. Perhaps I can edit the photo you already have and lighten it up a bit.....
