Looks male.

You have to look at the area between the anterior booklungs, the epigastric furrow. Males will show a notch, a dot on the epigynal plate and a break in the vent. Whereass females will look lippy, have no break or dot and usually a vent opening will be visible. Do some research on the internet on how to ventrally sex tarantulas and how to sex them via exuvium. That's how i came to learn how to sex Ts.
 
Most likely, but remember ventral sexing isn't always accurate, wait for it to molt and confirm the sex via exuvium.
 
Well if the thing would eat. It's been months since it's eaten. It's about 4 in. Not in premolt. Super weird. It's my only problematic t besides my chaco which those things will fast for a long time
