Please include what species you're trying to sex and the size of the specimen, as those factors are important to know when trying to sex a T through pictures.
I THINK I can make out the shape of forming spermathecae but Im not certain.
My guess would be Brachypelma sp. and as far as I can see, the spermathecae are "looking up", but the flap is pointing downwards.
Anyway, I'd say female, but as the others said, always include species and size.
