Chilobrachys fimbriatus

Crouching beast ;)
Yep, and they have a nice increases from moult to moult. This one jumped from 2 to more than 4 cm in 8 months. Best of all of this is the color palette - at first glance, brown and dark, in good lighting - crisp blue legs, and beautiful shades of purple. Magnificent species, although underestimated.

Underestimated unless it's the expensive sp electric blue *sigh*

I'm starting to get into the chilobrachys but all of mine are currently an inch or less. I'm glad to hear they put on good size between molts. I can't wait to see them grow and build intricate web tunnels :)

sp. electric blue is nice - especially if someone has a knack for photos. Great specimen for photos, because they look phenomenal. However, I think that the price will soon go down. Just as it was with H. pulchripes - price already starting to fall, but you can fall in love with the colors of certain species.
