That green-esque carapace makes me want to say no, but that could just be your lighting. Almost looks more like a Euathlus sp., (green probably) but I have never worked with a rosehair or Euathlus species. Of you got a euathlus sp., then it is still a great T
Your gonna need to put a good bit more substrate in that enclosure. These Ts are somewhat nomadic in the wild and will wander/climb a lot. To prevent an injury from a fall you should have only 1.5x the legspan of the specimen from substrate to the top of its enclosure. Don't want anything bad happening to such a nice little T
Basically the same care. 1.5x height than the T to the top, dry sub with a little overflowing of the water dish here and there, and a hide. They LOVE to explore, and some would say you lucked out getting a Euathlus sp over a rosea or porteri Hope it is a she and does well for you
