Looks like a male Phidippus johnsoni, one of the largest and most commonly encountered jumping spiders of western North America. If you also check there chelicerae have a teal coloration to them.
How can you tell it's a male? It looks like palpal bulbs on the pedipalps but it's just the way they are curled on the photo. Just wondering cause I have a ton of jumpers here but they all are grey and brown colored..didn't know if the color was that much different on the males
