B. emilia
Looks male to me. The spermathecae of this species is fused and looks nothing like this. These look like male organs to me. They are small, spaced far apart, and have no evidence of a uterus externus. You can even see the gonopore.
This is what a 2.5" female looks like. Even though yours is an inch smaller, they would still look like this, just not as pronounced. Brachypelma spermathecae are more obvious than many other genera, even at smaller sizes.
