Avicularia braunshauseni

She decided to show me the but.
The goliath seems to be pretty chill to me,tho it is reputed to be one of the feisteir avics.

Braunshauseni. I've seen it called the giant pink-toe,as well, but I like goliath better, lol. Couldn't find a common name for my sooretama(had 2,tiny slings, one didn't make it,replacing it soon),decided to call it the Brazilian Red-Stripe,for now, lol. Don't quote me,but I think the braunshauseni is called the goliath pink-toe,by some.

i did not know they were called that. the only goliath i know is the Theraphosa blondi

I believe it was thought to be the largest avic for a time, tho I don't think it is,can't remember which one I heard gets biggest-a "sp.",I think.
That would be where that came from, being the "biggest avic". I'm sure I've seen it sold as the goliath-AND,I have seen it sold as the Giant pink-toe.
Biggest thing to remember with common names-they are the commonly accepted nick-names for the species, but they don't really mean much, very arbitrary. I started this(lol),you labeled your pic w/ scientific name,I didn't mean to cause any confusion, but I hope is interesting/close to accurate.
