aphonopelma seemanni?

I rescued this tarantula from a building manager who had a tenant die and leave it behind. So she doesn’t know exactly what it is. One person told her it might be an Aphonopelma Seemanni (Zebra) and another said it might be a Chilean Rose hair. I think I see the white stripes on its legs...?
Its a rose hair. looks like it is possibly a Grammastola porteri The name "rose hair" can apply to a few different chilean tarantulas.

Aphonopelma seemani are dark blue-ish/grey with more prominent white stripes on the legs and a peachy colored under side.

I agree, this looks very much like a G. porteri and definitely not like A. seemanni.
