Yeah, looks to be a adult Avicularia avicularia due for a molt. Also, you really shouldn't your tarantulas, it's stressful for them. Not to mention avicularia are known to jump quite often.
@Venom1080 Yeah I was just worried about him/her since it's been hanging at the bottom of the enclosure, I hadn't touched the tarantula before at all, but it didn't try and jump or even move very much. I don't really handle the Ts I have and I know I probably shouldn't have. Thanks for your comment though, makes me feel a bit better to know he/she is due molting and that probably explains the behaviour.
