This is such a hugely underrated species. Heaven defend us from choking on our own success! Familiarity really does breed contempt, doesn't it?

@Dovey I don't care how common or rare a species is; I like it for its own qualities.

Plus, I'll always have a soft spot for Avicularia avicularia, as that's what introduced me to this hobby.

Oh me too! And the prettiest little normal bronze Chilean rose hair in a second-rate local pet store next to my dentist. I didn't buy either one, but they really sounded a tone in my heart.
