Sorry the cage is super dirty! The butt part of the molt was completely shriveled and destroyed so I couldn't take a picture of it but I was hoping maybe this pic would be good enough?
Looks femaleish. The abdominal part will always be shrivelled, even if it has not been chewed on. To unfold it you can soften it with soapy water or alcohol. I use old whiskey (lol, too old to be drinkable) to soften molts.
