P. Ornata unsexed juvenile. If you can tell sex by color please comment. (Ive been told that some people can)
Not so much color as carapace pattern. Males lose that pattern starting around 3". They also turn progressively uglier with each molt, at least compared to their female counterparts.

I don't know how big that spider is, but I'd just cross my fingers and hope the pattern doesn't fade within the next molt or two.
