I am assuming what I found in my shower today and decided to turn into a pet, is a common Texas Brown Tarantula?
I took my hat off, my Lady, in front of your luck :)

In general in Italy the only thing we can find in the bathroom, just out of the shower, are curses against God because we have to wake up for work, or the risk to fall to the floor. This without even mention the jail-soap time, if happens such scenario.

But a Theraphosidae in the shower? Never happened here, by Jove :pompous:

Depends on where your shower is in Texas. North Texas it will be Aphonopelma hentzi which the common name "Texas Brown" is usually attributed to. If you are in South Texas than most likely Aphonopelma anax. Also a brown Texas tarantula. Central Texas could be either species as they both look practically the same superficially until fully grown.

It didn't occur to me to look at your profile yesterday to see where in Texas you are. Being in Ft. Worth you found an Aphonopelma hentzi, or Texas Brown, in your shower!
