I just picked up this Male FatTail from Petco :8o It has been there for awhile and has always looked Fat & Healthy. I have read that FatTails are more docile than leo's but when the guy picked him up so I could see him, the FatTail was trying to bite him. It was $54.99, Is this a good price for an Adult Male he is about 7"-8"

from what Ive read, its the opposite. Fat-tails are normally more defensive and eratic than Leos.

thats a decent price for an adult male considering my work, Petsmart, last sold smaller ones for about 90 bucks.

Well I mean more calm as easier to hold. I have found that My FatTail will just sit in my Hand with no fuss, But my Leopard Geckos are just the oppsosite. I have albino Leopard geckos and I have heard that this morph is known for this.

Every fat tail that I have come in to contact with really had no problem being handled. Perhaps this one just isn't used to the idea?

$54.99 is average around here. Although I have seen them at reptile shows for 20, but they were smaller than yours.

He is a beauty though! He has perfect markings! A fat tail is next on my list to get. I just got a leo...my second. Good luck with your guy! They are great animals!
