she's the one in my profile pic. she's the size of my palm. so about 3, maybe 3.5 inches. is size a good way to measure age, or can they grow at different rates making it hard to tell? is there any other factors that can be used to determine age?
ok thanks. it's not important anyways. just curiousthere is no way to tell the age of any tarantula, unless you bred the certain tarantula and know for a fact that this certain spider was born on this date, other than that there are just estimates which are as good as nothing.
plus the fact that a full grown tarantula can be 3 or 10 years old, theres not really a certain way to tell
but.... the guy at the lps SAID it was 8 months old:sarcasm: lol

Me too - and the LPS where I got her actually admitted they don't know how old she is, instead of just making up a number!Hey, I have a rosea the same age. LOL!
